Bird Trike front wheel

I am trying to restore a Bird Trike that I bought from JC Penny back in the mid seventies. It came with a 3 1/2 HP Tecumseh engine which I plan to replace with a 3 HP Predator. I have located all of the parts needed with the exception of the front wheel which is a 5in split rim that is 2 1/2in wide, has a 1 5/8in center hole, and 4 bolt holes on 3in centers. The front tire is 4.10/3.50-5. I can use the front hub but the 3in on center bolt spacing doesn't match any rims that I have found and there is only 4.2in between the forks. Does anyone have a suggestion or solution for this problem?

I have a NOS wheel half with the same dimensions that I bought in a lot of Bid parts on an auction , it doesn't have a valve stem hole . It is labeled Bird and has a 3.95 price wrote on it , also has some numbers on it in magic marker , if interested let me know .
