My thoughts are it looks like a CR410. It has the correct vintage Tecumseh and it looks like a metal tank but can't say for sure. If it had a Hodaka in it and it hasn't been repainted there should be some imprints where the Hodaka mounts were.
On a side note about the 8" wheels. A few years ago when I bought a new exhaust pipe for my MX1510 from Dave Miller, he spent a little time on the phone with me. I told him I had a BC roller that had MX forks on it and figured someone must have swaped them over to it. He told me that sometimes Bonanza would run out of certain parts and bikes were built up with parts from other models so production didn't stop for the day. Taking Dave at his word it is possible that the 8" wheels were installed at the factory, but no way to prove it. Check the bolts that hold them together. If they are recessed into the wheel they should be original MX wheels. If the bolts are are not recessed they are repops and are currently available.
