Well I was J/K about it running, hope I didn't jinx you :doah:

It sounds like the cam timing is off.. the dot on the gear matches up with the V notch on the cam gear. im sure you already know this..

Yup...

...when she went back together I made sure they lined up right. I had it revving high and running ok for a good 30-40 seconds. I had it as far as it would rev, and it sorta stalled, I think. I't no longer gets fuel! Did I screw the diaphragm :doah:

I have just sheared 2 flywheel keys!

The first one split equally in 2...

I just need to buy some flywheel keys, then I will be good to go. Its just because I'm revving it too much without load, they keep shearing :doah:
