A vintage bike doesnt look bad with a clone if its only temporary . Get a new 6.5 and keep the old engine to work on. In 10 years, people will be HUNTING for flatheads.. keep it and do it right!

Theres not much of a mini bike craze down here. So the bike is mover for show and go. And maybe when I get bored of this one Ill buy a new beater and start over.

Im thinking of getting the clone, building it slowly, and selling the Briggs to a co-worker to go with the Kart it got with the mini. It has a 3HP Briggs, and I figured I could use it to practice on, before I rip into the new clone.
