Can anyone ID this engine?

Website claims it has more power and torque than Honda GC series.

It's just another Honda clone. Most of the clone engines are copies of the Honda GX series. The GC engines they're refering to are available in 5 or 6 horsepower versions so a GX200 clone with 6.5 HP would have more power and torque. The GC series engines are very common on pressure washers, hence the comparison.

You can get a gx200 from HF for $149 not on sale, cheaper when they have the sales..

Engine only-with free shipping. There is no Harbor Freight near me that I know of. Have to check to see about shipping from them.

What you have to watch out for is what is the engines output shaft configuration ?
Is it a common size ? or possibly threaded all these things complicate use in a mini bike or Kart. Where are you located ?

The shaft is: 3/4"D x 2-5/16"L . Engine is from online, but I'm in TX.

the shaft on those I really really short, and I have heard of difficulties with the clutches

It says its 163cc.

I think it is only about 2.5 HP.

The 163cc is the 5.5 HP engine.
