Yes, just make sure you scuff them up really good, and use primer made for plastic, paint will stick better and staying longer then using basic primer.. I'm sure its available in a spray can. They make paint for plastic too, its able to flex a little more the basic paint but I think for these wheels its not necessary because of how solid they are..
