I can't tell. I'm new at this. I know that the part of the frame through which the rear wheal bolt is inserted says simpson strong tie.

i have no idea, but do you have bigger pictures? that would make it easier to ID.

the board automatically resizes them so you don't have to worry about them being too big.

simpson strong tie are brackets made to build homes like joist hangers and such.

I know that. I'm a general construction worker. Thats what tripped me out about it. Yeah. I'll leave it up for a few days as such until I post some bigger pictures.
