This is what I believe a Cat 300x.....it has a serial number stamped on the engine plate (see photo)....the frame and forks looks good....the wheels not so much (half of each wheel is toast (rusted through)....the other halves are pretty pitted on the inside.....I have 3 stars also (rusty)....rear sprocket is OK, handlebars could use some work...all in all a pretty good starter at for 100.00 plus shipping....or you can pick up here and shop for other bikes I want to get rid of!.
