Ct 70 wiring problems

So I have a 1971 Ct 70 and I just finished restoring it. Put in all new wiring, batery and switches, except for the ignition switch. So I hook everything up and turn the key on and it blows that 7amp fuse. Now I have unhooked all of my front end connections to try and eliminate what is blowing the fuse. All of my rear connections are hooked up but when I turn the key on it STILL blows the fuse!! :censure: I have tried everything and I am at a total loss on what to do...

you have a wire hooked to a ground that shouldnt be ,,, you need to find a wiring diagram ,,:wink:

could the rectifier be bad and make it do this??? I have a wiring diagram and I know all my wires are hooked up right.
