Eastwood 2K Aerospray High Gloss

I painted a motorcycle with it a few years ago, started with a flat base coat and it came out looking like factory paint:
It has a short pot life after activation so make sure you have enough projects ready to use the whole can up.

Thanks Skipp. I am certainly not "married" to the Eastwood product, and you have provided me with another option. I have no experience with any of these 2-part clear coats in a spray can. Just looking for any "head's up" from those who have used any of them before I try it out...

I am not a painter, and I had no idea this was a thing.

I’ve used max2k a lot….,I’ve even experimented with the self life after activated….its my personal favorite and it looks like glass….

For what it's worth, I've read these 2-part (internal cannisters?) high-end sprays may be particularly more toxic to breathe. Be careful.

Yup they sure are…. I wear a respirator…even spraying outside

As said, you should wear a respirator with 2K paint. Second, 2k epoxy primer should not be overlooked. These calipers are 2k clear Spray max over caliper paint. They looked like candy and the finish held up. It’s the best that you can get in a spray can.

i used it to clear coat my CT70 rims and Rupp Hustler gas tank. it works great as far as Im concerned. both turned out perfect!

i used max2k clear on some aluminum honda 4 wheeler rims, still looks great after 4 years.
