Yes, Hoping to have 2-3 bikes ready for it.
What are the rules for running? Pull start, electric start, gas or alky? More than one bike? Classes?

Rules as far as the promoter told me.

Gas/Alky OK
Pullstart only (but can be removed after being started?)
Must resemble a Old School mini bike (basically no pit type bikes)
This is a 300 foot run. (running past the 300 ft mark under power will not be tolerated)
No classes its a fun run!! (because of the distance they don't trap our speeds or times)
ONLY one bike but you can use a different bike each time you go up.

Helmet required while on the track, in the pits it's optional but recommended NO RIDING AROUND THE PITS (see rules below)

Found another flyer for this event.

Here are the rules run down. I also added a like at the top to the registration form you can fill it out and bring it or mail it with money.

I'm not sure what the deal is with that. Last time they where allowing people to cruz around everywhere on minibikes. BUT yes it is common to not allow riding around.

Just got off the phone with the guy that is running the event..
Make sure to have registration in by 11:30am if you feel you maybe late just use the online forum and send in your payment one week prior to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE

That's kinda the point if its pull start its not a huge monster engine. They want to make it FUN for everybody involved. Also the reason its only 300 feet of running. Full throttle after the 300 feet mark will get you a pass home.

This is a FUN event: no trophies, no plaques, no money, no engines, no paying your way. Just a family day of FUN.

There is no written rule for this but I just got off the phone with the guy. One of the first things he said was PULL START ONLY! Alky or Gas is OK.... I will pm you his cell number if you like to confirm.

I pull start but thought it might be cool to see some of the nice drag bikes come up there. I understand this is just a fun race though. All good.

I agree I wish we had the full 1/8 mile. I would love to see some of the thumpers come out and play.

Just going by his and the track rules.
We were planing on bringing atleast 4 bikes, i would like to talk to the guy as my bike is not pull start. i would be willing to make single runs as to not trash anybody. would also be a crowd pleaser....please i would like to try....

They are gonna have to flex on that pull start rule. We all have fun as is pull starting or not. But it will end up cutting us out of the racing event if we have to pull start only.

Tell that guy that he can get "MORE" people if there is no pull start rule. People that is willing to drive 3-4 hours, pay there entry fee, to run there bike and have fun.

Remember the bike is only started up for a second, then it rides down the road like any other bike. Maybe he doesn't understand or haven't seen someone using a starter to start there bike. Sometimes you have to see it to understand what someone is talking about.
