Fox Sprite project...

My Fox project had a little action today as I worked on it
for the first time in a year or so.

Still have few odds and end to tie up, mainly hooking up the throttle
cable and adding fuel/oil to get her going.

It should be a fun bike once I get the details finished up...

My minibike career began in 1968 with a Fox Doodlebug.

Here's that bike from way back then, after I'd blown up the 3 HP Tecumseh and
robbed the West Bend 580 off our go kart... on the maiden voyage around the back yard with the WB580, the throttle hung about 1/2 way open and there was nothing I could do but hang on. Finally laid it over in the dirt... got skinned up, but it was so much faster
than before.. I was so excited.

Anyway... As I (we) try to recapture my youth, the resurrection of this old Fox Sprite is about as close to a Doodlebug as I could find.
