Back in 1971, while sitting on my Rupp, my buddy's older brother came home from college for the summer.
He had one of those little bikes on a trailer. We commented on how nice it looked. My buddy was sitting on a pretty tall horse.
I still remember the shock I got when they started that little Hodaka engine and that horse took off and jumped the fence at the other side of the corral. Your pictures look just like that bike I remember from 53 years ago. This is a very well preserved piece of history.
I still can't believe they put those engines in those bikes.

The past week had the bike on eBay at $4250 / Offers and after 5 days of no offers I offered the 30 Watchers a $500 discount. At this point, if you have interest in a particular component of the bike let me know as I’m considering a final decision whether to part the bike out.

@Midyrman maybe it's just the wrong time.

That bike is too beautiful to be parted out, imo.

If you are able, hang on to it another 6 months, then try again.

This is just my thoughts @Midyrman , and is not meant to offend anyone. (although I might be breaking our rules, by bs'ing in the classifieds lol)

Take care.
