Fuji robin kn24 2.5hp need throttle cable?

I just got this cool robin kn24 engine. It's complete but I need a clutch and throttle cable , any ideas where I can buy them. Thanks

Is that a thumb-wheel on top of the carb? Looks like that would be removed and a pitbike-type throttle cable could be used.

For a clutch, with power rated at 8000 RPM, I'd aim for using a jackshaft and get 2:1 or so to let the engine start making power before the clutch loads it down.
