While you're searching, why not try calling your local Zuki dealer? You never know.
I can give them a call or swing in. I gave up on dealerships way back in like 2004 for vintage bikes. Nothing was in stock or oem was out of production. But you never know. The tires are odd ball sizes front: 5.40-14 and rear: 6.70-12. You can find tires that would fit but not those sizes exactly. And tires that are close in size are a sport tread. I did find some SunF atv tires that should fit, but are wider than stock. Probably the best fit, and keeps the fat tires. Probably good enough for a beater trail rider.

@bruces probably won't do much importing of parts unless totally necessary. The bike just isn't nice enough to justify the cost. We'll see.

It'll all depend how complete the bike is and if it is worth spending that kind of money on. I'll find out tonight after I take a look at it.

Well probably no surprise I picked up the RV125. The tires are actually in really good shape. Front looks like it could use a new tube. Little tough looking, but honestly for me pretty normal. It should clean up nice enough. When I get some time I'll have to check spark. Carb looks like it probably needs a good cleaning. Not really that much taken off of it.

Feeling a bit stumped. The points don't look too bad from a corrosion stand point. I did drag a file across them lightly. Didn't seem to make a difference, still no spark. I couldn't get my probes for my multimeter in to test the condenser, flywheel gets in the way. I still need to check the gap on the points, but I think I'm going to have to pull the flywheel. Need to pick up a good set of JIS bits to not muck up the screw heads too bad. Some of them are already looking bad. Someone has been in the sidecase before.

Does it need a battery in order to make sparks? Just a thought...
I've got a battery. That doesn't seem to make a difference if it hooked up or not. But... could be a wiring issue. I'll need to put the multimeter on the harness to see if it is getting voltage. Looking at a wiring diagram there is supposed to be a fuse on the hot side of the battery wiring, but I haven't found one yet. I'll have to keep looking. I should pick up a repair manual.

Engine is pretty grimey from years of oil changes and running through dirt and mud. Possibly the oil injection pump was leaking a little. The skid plate for the bottom of the engine was caked in about a half inch of mud and oil. I'll have to clean it up a bit. Will just make it a little more pleasant to work on.

I hooked up the battery I'm seeing 6 volts at the connector for key switch. Seems to be sending 6 volts where it should from there. Called my local Suzuki dealer, they don't offer a service manual (at least not anymore). I tried to look up a Clymer manual, no luck there either. Found some digital manuals online and a few original service manuals on ebay, $$$. Guess I'll roll the dice on one of the digital manuals. Clymer does have a TS125 manual, supposed to be the same engine as the RV125.
