This looks terminal to me.
Over in the clone section, we were discussing fixing the high idle issue. I fixed the idle but the end result was that it reduced the throttle response some and killed the top end. The fix is simple with a heavier spring on the throttle to governor spring location. Must say I'm glad I didn't put in a heavier spring. This would have been more than a severely sprained wrist and a lot of bruising.
