i'd consider it for $50 if i wanted a project. it could be worth it to get it running well and flip it.
it's going to take a lot of work to get a 6.5 or something similar to fit in there though (if it would even fit). be prepared to do some fab work and probably spend some money.
if you plan on using it as is could be a good first project. it doesn't sound like it needs much to run decently. it will be slow as hahahaha and boring with that 47cc engine in it though.
