It was $40 today, did you check it out? Always wanted a rear springer that was not seat to spring. The jack shaft provisions is what sold me. jmb... will get the ID cred if he can come up with a model OR a year. Need about an hour in the blast cabinet.
Speedway used that frame on a few models. Without the original gas tank I don't think you can put a year on it exactly. But it was used in 1970 and 1971. Here is a couple pics.
