Hsk 60 snow king to minibike throttle question

I need to figure out what I need for the snow king to minibike throttle conversion on my hs60. It's being put in a Terra Floater.

are you wanting to keep the governor or doesn't it matter?

Governor will stay on since good rods aren't available. The engine I have needs a tear down and a freshen so I will install a new piston and rod and have the valves done. It needs to last.

HSK60 is an H60 big block...I don't think they made a small frame HS60.

You will probably have to fabricate your own I don't think Joe51 ever finished reproducing the parts.
