Restoring one as we speak its vt-10 not sure the year tho as I ask Ron the king of super bronc and there's serial number under the front seat plate but there code book got lost or damaged when they closed but he still carries alot of parts at powertec. I bought mine complete never got to ride it yet tore it all down and now reassembllin right now there cool looking bikes can't wait to ride mine.

if the engine is original and it looks like it might be you could use the engine model/serial number info to get an idea on how old. The front brake is a band on the outside of the drum which the first front brakes the brakes were inside of the drum and later changed to the outside of the drum. Ron Kimble is your man when it comes to Super Bronc parts, great guy.

I'm trying to find out what year this one is also. There isn't any kind of serial number on the seat mounting plate anywhere. My engine is a Briggs so it isn't original. super bronc.jpg

The motor serial number is about your best bet for year of bike. The production book of built bikes has been lost for many years. With that style front brake I am guessing 78-79.
