I think this is a Blazer?

I bought this last week. It has a 3.5 HP B&S from 1959 the only id I can find is #120 stamped into the frame by the fork.
Is it a Blazer? I was told it was a tote gote. I thought it might have been a trail skeeter. I have no idea.
The engine mounts to a plate that can be removed from the frame.
Any ideas?
Any info about running straight to rear wheel w/o all of the "goat" gearing?

Yeah it looks like it. I did pick it up in Salt Lake City. It looks like they were built there. Now to find the sheet metal to clean it up...
