Yes. It has the correct rims, shocks, seat, and frame bends. Somebody put a larger motor on it. It originally had a 3.5hp tecumseh

Yes, stock wheels are 8". These are among the last bikes Manco made (late 90s, early 00s). They look like they'd be comfy, and they're a little bigger to accommodate a larger rider.

Those bikes are good. The brakes are a little sketchy though.

The email only CL ads are terrible. I almost scored a Cat mini bike frame for $25!! And the guy never responded to this day and it has been over 6 months
