Kart vid, (the test drive)

Picked this up today, runs, stops, and drives real good. It's bigger than it looks in the vid (over 6 feet long) and we plan on putting the 5HP Briggs in a mini and dropping one of our $99 HF clones in it tomorrow.

I owed the boy a go cart and he loves the damn thing. :thumbsup:

Dropped a clone in today, everything went easy, Funny how the harbor freight engines don't come with cable hardware like the Champions do (I like champions better) I used the same "cable" and the "Z" fit in one of the holes and installed a clamp. (green) , then I drilled a hole in the plate for an extra return spring. (red)

Had to move the sprocket over but it didn't give me any trouble. Since I don't like the idea of a broken chain slapping us in the back of the head, I made a quicky guard mount and put on a guard from a Sears bike.

The Kart has a bit more bottom end will be really fast when I mod the engine after break in. The boy wants to paint it Army green.
