hf clone wasnt same as other clones

i recently purchased a harbor freight clone for 129.00 but when i opened box i noticed the tank was different shape and the air breather. and it didnt have the same mounting castings for gas tank on the block, internally looks the same. it will still work fine on my bike but if i was wanting to race in the blue clone class on a kart it would not be accepted.
