Thought you guys might like to see a couple things I whipped up the other day.
First up is this handy little noise maker and fire shooter... I took a piece of 1 5/8" tubing, made a pie cut with the plasma, chucked it in the vise and stiched it back together.
Next up is this neat little intake. My neighbor is building a Harley from a burned up basket case and threw the stock rear turn signal bar in the swap meet bin. The bullet shape of the lights and the flush area where the lens mounts made a perfect die. I then raided the scrap pile, finding an aluminum fuel filler tube off of... well... some kinda car.
Putting a bit of grease on the "bullet" and making sure we had good alignment, slowly turning the vise, we came up with this little guy.
