Manco Streaker from street to dirt

Picked this up for my daughter to ride. I am planning on restoring it and setting it up for dirt use.

What size is that back rim? I have a un-used 6 x 4.1 x 13"tall Carlisle dirt tread that I would love to trade for your rear slick (since your going to dirt, im staying on street).
