The whole thing is a crying shame. I feel bad for the kid and his family, unfortunately there was no one to blame but him. Silly decisions caused the accident. Just a plain unfortunate mishap. Can't say I never made silly decisions, (especially at his age) but I was just lucky enough to get by unscathed. To the family; sorry for your loss :-(
