Agreed. I don't think George was on the forum. Some good guys have left us. Such a shame. When I get some free time, I will start a thread.

It doesn’t matter he seems to have touched so many lives here we should make him a member posthumously?

Wow! Sad news. I only met him once when I drove up from NJ to buy a Heathkit Hilltopper from him. Seemed like a laid back mountain man. I remember once Hilltopper was loaded into van he seemed upset with some tears in his eyes. I reassured him it was going to a good home and was going to be my personal bike, not resold. Still have it and ride all the time. It's the Hilltopper in my avatar pic.
God rest his soul.

Said news. Was to his place a few times. Definitely a minibike hobbiest to say the least. Three floors full if mini's in one house and basement/backyard in another. Very humble nice guy. Last time I was there he had acquired a nice custom motorcycle from the junkyard he worked at. Wonder if that was the bike.

Tried reaching him about a month ago to no avail. Guess this answers why.
