first one no way, 2 nd one people buy the junkie chinese minibikes with the weedeater motors that last a month than they try to fit a horizontal motor in there. there was a half dozen of those china bikes about a year ago in the neighborhood and believe they have all died. i have a chinese 150 scooter and after weeks of tweeking it when i first got it , its not to bad but definately not honda, yamaha or suzuki quality.
