Is a 1971 Moto-Skeeter (not restored original condition) a good bike to buy? Looks original. Is this a 2 stroke? Can you get parts for the engine if it needs to be freshened up?

Well it sold in 1 day, so someone wanted it pretty bad. Not on craigs list anymore.

Should have got it, they are nice bikes. Yes they are 2 stroke BSE engines. There was 3 different models of the Moto Skeeters, the 450 (4.5hp), the 550 (5.5hp) and the 650 (6.5hp). Only downside is that parts aren't available, that's why if you buy one makes sure you can get it running again if it isn't running already. :thumbsup:
