Need Help Buying a new carb

I have 20 bucks to spend on a new carb for 5hp flat head. minor mods im just not happy with the performance of the pulsajet. Can it be done complete bolt on for 20$?

I just bought one of these on ebay today. I think it's a Tillotson clone made in China.
