need help to ID

I just got this from a guy who had it stored for 40 years. I can not find any mfg marks on it any where. I want to restore it to original so if you can help me ID it it would be a big help. Thanks

Looks like a bananza chopper..possibly the cr500 ,missing the jack shaft plates.

Im thinking a cr400 without the js plates or do I have them mixed up? Where's Scooterboy when I need him lol.

Could be :shrug: but the engine plate dont look right either. could even be the 410

so if this is a bonnaza would it have had a Hodaka engi
ne or a briggs?

Tecumseh engine.

The Hodaka engines weren't really that plentiful on the bikes.. Most were Tecumseh engines.. They just sold some with Hodaka engines to be cool.. :laugh:

The Hodaka powered choppers were a CR500 which has the jack shaft mounts and a jack shaft.. And a Hodaka one would also have a headlight / tail light and orange paint...

Hell of a nice CR400 though either way.. :thumbsup:
