Its a Speedway..but I am drawing a blank on the model..I think a Scarab

It's a 1971 Speedway for sure. The sqaure upper bar and kicked up rear seat are the giveaway. Not sure that it's a Scarab. The 71 Speedway brochure doesn't list a Scarab so my guess is it's a Scorpion with the optional number plate.
