It's a Cheeftah.

A couple guys already expressed interest but ill chime in on the frame as well. It's a Cheeftah and although you can't see much of it, it appears to be better than mine. I'm interested if the other guys fall out and you get this stuff. If the wheel leaning against it is off of it, I'd be interested in that. We'd just need to see what te wheel is and I can't tell from the sprocket being in the way.
