3/8 is way too small to hold any weight....1/2" would be bare minimum..

where did you find 5/8 i.d bearing to fit that wheel? I've looked all over, even went to the local bearing supplier and they had no listings...

Rim - Rear Which works as Front also. I got this on sale at 24.00

In the end, I went with Ceramic bearings on the front
