My sprockets missing a few teeth and it really rides just fine. You can get get the teeth welded & grided. its costly though. Nice bike

The chain is 40 and as for the engine mounts it depends on your model..
I have a transition Model E that has similar engine mounts before Powell went to the solid engine plate models..
Post your serial number and that will help clear the engine mount issue up.

Powell Challenger 4607-E
engine mount like yours

Powell Challenger 5255-E
soild engine plate

You have a transition bike
The engine mounts are correct with the exception of a few extra holes added..
should have only 4 holes in each mount
also looks like one of the clutch cover supports might have been tampered with.

if the only problem with your sprocket is missing teeth you should know some jr drag sprockets have intentional gaps in the teeth for weight reduction. it shouldnt be a problem.

1st pic the C/L ad 2nd when I got it home 3rd 2013 build off pic 4th with primer and 5th as a roller. Then I ran into motor mounting problems for a briggs ,H50 and a robin subaru so I stop there until I made a motor plate? I don't know if there is a special briggs but I found out what i need if I use a Tec!
