Question on frame.

I bought this frame from a local member of OldMiniBikes and noticed this on it.

The bike is a Sears Runabout. Is this supposed to be here? I did notice there was no kick stand on the frame. Is this part of it?

its should be bent back up, and it stops the scrub brake pedal from going up any further. but yours looks a little different:grind:

I'm sorry, but how is something parallel to the pedal going to hold it? Or is mine just REALLY screwed up? And also, did these bikes come with factory kick stands?

That chain guard is flat easy to make. look at pics. too bad bonanza isnt that easy every one would have one.
