Nope.. it's 3 or 3.5... Someone has changed the blower housing so those numbers mean nothing now.. But the head and block should be marked.. Probably 8 cubic inches (127) CC

Cool. Thanks. It's got a 3/4" shaft, so I'm keeping it.

Sometimes the model # is cast into the top of the head on the front left corner (between the fins). 10 is 4hp, 9 is 3.5hp and 8 is 3hp.
