Rear wheel size for ARCO

My ARCO frame is 7 1/2" wide between the rear dropouts. Then the frame narrows a little bit to around 7" as you go up near the fender bracket.

Question is, Can I put the larger 4" wide Azusa Tri-Star (6 inch wheel) in this frame?

I'm planning on attaching a 72T sprocket/Internal brake hub combo to the wheel. I want to make sure the wheel is centered yet still have room for brake/sprocket combo on the side.

That set up should work on that frame.

If you are interested I have a set of front and rear wheels from an Arco and a straight set of front forks too. The sprocket is good on the wheel.
