recognize this frame?

I picked this up today....good shape, no repairs....don't recognize the mfg though, looks familiar....what do you think?

Not mine . Off and on there have been two of those for sale on CL near me but they want to much for them. I have always thought they had allot of Taco characteristics. The ones around here have Taco wheels anyway.
