Repowering a Tote Gote using a new Briggs Engine

Hello, I am trying to repower an old Tote Gote trail bike using a new Briggs 97332-0035 engine. The engine is new, has 3.5 HP but I am having great difficultly designing a throttle return system on the engine so the twist grip throttle can be used. The engine is designed for a tiller, snow blower, etc. Does anyone know how to adapt a throttle return spring system on this new Briggs engine? Is there a better off the shelf Briggs engine I can buy for an easier re-power application? Please help! Thanks!!!!! Ron

Post some pictures of what you have There are conversion kit's and or set ups you can use. Once the guys on this site see what your working with they will be able to give you plenty of advice.
