I receved this tank with my RamRod. It still had its factory color when I remove it. Its been blasted, and tumbled inside and out, to attain the finish you see. It still has some of the factory filler used to smooth out the dents from when it was stamped out. There is some dings but nothing major. The cap is a Eaton
