any way to spruce these wheels up? they are on a ct70. what would be best to brighten the chrome back up, guess i better check for rust on that too.

Are they painted or chrome? That first pic looks like the rim is painted.
If they're chrome and just a little rusty, Evapo-Rust is great. Soak for a few hours and then a little elbow grease with some steel wool and you're good to go.
