If you measure the outside of the bearing that will give you the od.
Then measure the inside hole and that will give you the id.
Like SC said, should be 1 3/8 od and 5/8 id.

Should be 1 3/8" O.D / 5/8" I.D.

it is a 1 3/8 by 5/8, thing is it has a flange and i cant find anywhere that has it and the ones that were in the wheel when i got it are fully seized. OldMiniBikes is out and doesnt know when they will get new ones

Those ones might work

Steel Reducer - 5/8" OD x 1/2" ID x 3/4" L AZ2184

Maybe try to use the bearings they sent and get one of these bushings to take up the gap. I had to do this kind of thing on my El Tigre where someone had previously drilled the 5/8" rear axle mount holes out to 3/4".
Even with the spacer it has a ton of gap to be filled.
