I Know Nohing About This Bike - Maybe You Guys Can Tell Me About It and Is It Rare ?

That thing is awesome, but I can't help you with any info. I would surmise that is a rare specimen, especially given the condition.

Called a quarter ton truck, they made 100 of them, and supposedly 15 are all that remain. Auction prices are on line if you look closely enough. That's all I'll say on that. A better sale would be made in a Motorcycle enthusiast (vintage Harley and the like) than here, but it's a beauty alright.
