Starting problem

I bought a cagllari from minipocketrocket.com and was wondering if anybody new how to start it. I have used many mini bikes before but this 1 just won't start I think I'm doing something wrong anybody have step by step instructions. It would be a big help.

I Know that you need 2 stroke and no it makes no noise when when I pull the cord

when did this change to a pocket bike website? ut:

how are you trying to start it now? it would give us a better idea of what you're doing wrong or what the problem may be.

is it even attempting to fire or does nothing happen when you pull the cord? you do know you have to run a gas/oil mix in them since they're a 2-stroke motor.
