Super Bronc Exhaust

#1
I am looking for more information about the long flat exhaust that some of the super broncs' came with. KC57 told me they were a Taylor muffler model 800 series. Mine has no guts. Was there any to begin with? Does the muffler say spark arrestor somewhere on it? In Idaho they like to stop people and give out tickets if you don't have one. Something to do with wild fires....

I have the same problem. Mine is completely shot. This apparantly has been discussed before with no standard solution. So, I too am looking for ideas.

I didn't think that model muffler had the spark arrestor. Most of the Heald ads i've seen show "optional spark arresting muffler" as an option.

I have the cylinder shapped one on mine and it has a stamping on it saying its a spark arrestor muffler.

I have one similar to it on my hill topper that has the same stamping on it.

Old topic from 2009 with a nice alternative if you can weld.
