Super bronc front axel

So I go to finish the bronc and the front axle is hahah'd up so were can I get a replacement online ?

OldMiniBikes has them up to 10 inches. Is yours wider than that? http://OldMiniBikes.com/Axles/
You could also get some 5/8" cold rolled steel and have it threaded.

Well I looked at the axel for the first time in months and looked and the axel looks decent but the nuts the threads are rolled. so I will go get new nuts and that should fix the issue

One of these thread repair files might help you clean up the threads

Get a Tap and die set for larger bolts and run it over the threads. I manage to save 90% of mine that way.

Also Ron Kimball has the abilty to make hubs, frontends, handlebars, He has sprockets, and stuff like that. Alot of the smaller stuff he has sold out of. He has got to be in his 60's by now and I am sure he to the point where he is ready to hang it up so to say. There are so many Healds out there that you can usually find the parts or a close substitute if you look hard enough :thumbsup:

Yeah if I was 75 , I would be taking cruises and sipping Margaritas somewhere warm instead of worrying about Super Bronc tooling :laugh:
