5 HP Tecumseh from a 521 snowblower. Has electric start and key. 3/4 shaft. Late 70's to mid 80's perhaps, good compression, This was on my snowblower and was used up until this winter twice a year. The carb needs work so I didn't use it this year. We had no shovelable snow this season so I was never compelled to fix it. It would surge. Inherited a new blower so time to retire the 521. Motor is in good shape and would be real easy to make it look nice. I spilled oil taking it off the blower so the pictures look shiney
Also have a 3.5 Briggs from a 90's era tiller. Half inch shaft. Also needs carb work. This motor has real low hours on it. Ran fine at WOT but wouldn't idle. Have no need for a tiller so never troubleshot this one either. Was going to use this on the Manco Kart I restored but I ended up getting a clone.
