Tecumseh cooling fan questions, Lighted HS40 in a Rupp

#1
I'm painting the engine on my 75 Rupp Roadster2. In is a lighted HS40.
I don't have any cooling fan on the flywheel. I'm assuming there is supposed to be one.
I checked parts tree for my model, HS40-55388E Ser-5121B, but of course the illustration is for a non lighted engine.
What does the fan look like and where do I get one?

PS This is my flywheel. It looks like there was a fan at one time... not anymore.

Part number #610933 They are NLA so might have to look around a little bit for one in NOS. I can probably come up with a used one if you don't have any luck.

What you have posted in your photos is (now) either a very large paper weight or a small boat anchor.

Give these guys a call:
OEM Parts
One of my 3.5's has a plastic fan and has a small fracture.
I think the fact that gov is still operational has kept the fan from completely flying apart.
